Road crew: how an IROO gets to your door

We build the show. A partner store carries it to you. Here is who turns which dial.

• Checkout. Price, taxes and payment are set and taken at the store's checkout.
• Delivery date. The estimate shown at checkout is the one to plan a birthday around.
• Tracking. Follow the parcel from the order page in your account at the store.
• Packing. Each machine leaves in its gift box with its microphones inside.

Three notes from the crew

• Order with a few days to spare before a birthday or holiday. We cannot speed up a parcel once it is with the carrier.
• Charge the cube when it arrives, before it is wrapped.
• Delivery options and regions depend on the partner store and are shown before you pay.
