Which color should I choose?

Whichever the singer would pick. Pastels suit younger kids, black and dark forest suit older ones, off-white suits a shared family room.

Is one microphone enough?

Every set here already includes two, so a sibling, friend or parent can join from the first song.

Does it need a phone?

A phone, tablet or laptop over Bluetooth gives the widest song choice. A TF card with saved music works too.
