Setting up
Do the microphones need pairing?
No setup on your side. Turn on the cube, then the mics, and they connect on their own.
What can I connect to the cube?
Phones, tablets, laptops and kids MP3 players over Bluetooth, or a TF card in the slot.
Where do the songs come from?
From any app on the paired device. A month of Karafun Premium is included for karaoke tracks with lyrics.
During the show
How far can the mics be from the speaker?
About 50 ft, enough for a living room and the hallway next to it.
Can I turn the lights off?
Yes, the light ring has its own button.
How long before it needs charging?
3 to 10 hours, depending on volume and lights.
Is there a quiet option?
Plug headphones into the jack on the cube.
Choosing
What is the difference between colors?
Only the look. All classic two-mic cubes share the same features.
Who needs three or four microphones?
Families with three or more singers, and anyone who hosts playdates or parties.
What ages is it for?
It is made as a gift for children about 4 to 12 and up. Adults borrow it more often than they admit.
